A Winter’s Seasonal Highlights: Think Pinks, Oranges, Greens, and Yellows

I don’t think I’m alone when I say I have my favorites when it comes to vegetables and fruits.  For instances, potatoes always soothe my hungry stomach … and, raspberries or grapefruit never leave me disappointed in my choice.  Maybe as a child, living off of limited selection was normal … but as I’ve been exposed to more and more recipes and foods the more I’m starting to enjoy this culinary journey!

One thing I am still not very good at is which vegetables and fruits come best in what seasons in Houston.  Thanks to Edible Magazine, their January / February edition laid this out for me – Thanks Edible Magazine!
